We sit at the north entrance to Palm Springs, so we are the first design stop when you arrive and the last one before you head home.
Inside, 11,000 square feet of mid-century modern, contemporary design, curated vintage and architectural objects. Every piece is sourced, vetted and authenticated before it earns its place on the floor.

Coming into town from the I-10? We are one of the first stops on North Palm Canyon Drive.
Heading up the mountain? Tramway Road is about half a mile from our door. Stop in before or after your ride.

Take the I-10 east to the Highway 111 Palm Springs exit and follow it into town. Watch for Tramway Road, the turn-off for the Aerial Tramway. We are about half a mile further along.
