New items can be returned within 30 days of the shipment date — just email us at info@rex.haus first for a return authorization. Vintage items are one-of-a-kind and sold as-is, so they are not eligible for return. Rugs and lighting follow a slightly different process; see our full Return Policy for details.

Small items typically ship within about a week. Larger furniture ships via freight carrier, with white-glove delivery available, and can take longer depending on the piece. Artwork usually ships in 1-2 weeks, and rugs or lighting in 2-3 weeks plus delivery time. See our Shipping & Delivery page for specifics.
